We founded Ternary Software in 2001 as an outsourced software development company. We began applying Agile techniques on our projects, and we struggled with Agile for awhile. We stuck with it, and eventually it all came together. We delivered dozens of highly successful Agile projects across many industries for entrepreneurial and Fortune-100 companies. Soon we found our services sought out specifically for the benefits of our Agile approach, and we became a hub of innovation for Agile techniques.

Then one day we stumbled on the InsideAgile concept, quite accidentally. A client asked to have one of their developers work as part of our team on an outsourced project. The project was a success, but the after-effects were truly profound. The developer went back into his own company and transformed their development process, smoothly and easily. He used the toolbox of advanced Agile techniques he learned from his hands-on experience working on our high-performance Agile team. This was even more valuable to our client than the project we did for them initially! The InsideAgile™ concept was born.
