Bill Schofield
is a Senior Developer at Ternary, and has been a professional
game programmer for 15 years. Bill has worked on massively
complex game titles in large multi-team environments with
companies like Electronic Arts, Midway Games, Ensemble Studios,
and many others. His credits include “Age of Empires”,
“Half-life: Counter-Strike”, “Counter-Strike:
Condition Zero”, “Elite Force II”, “Medal
of Honor: Pacific Assault”, and others. Bill is currently
helping Ternary trail blaze in the application of Agile techniques
to highly sophisticated software applications, including in
the emerging field of Agile Game Development. |

“What
we think makes Bill really unique is that he is a wonderfully
warm human being, always ready to listen, lend a hand, or
share his thoughts, and that his interests and passions extend
well beyond the world of professional programming. He has
an encyclopedic knowledge of TV series and movies, he is a
mean poker player, and he regularly whips up a tasty brunch
for friends that drop in to visit him on weekends. We're not
sure whether being a Texan has anything to do with this, but
either way we're glad to have him on board with us!”
