Brian Robertson
is CEO and founder of Ternary Software. With his stewardship,
the company has won awards for its fast growth, its sustainable
environmental practices, and for being among the fifteen best
places to work in the region, in addition to delighting numerous
customers and delivering dozens of applications using innovative
Agile techniques. Mr. Robertson often shares his expertise;
he has written many articles, taught many courses, and delivered
numerous conference presentations, including keynotes. His
20-year background in software includes programming, management,
and executive positions, and he was pioneering Agile processes
before “Agile” was coined. He began programming
at age six, and launched his first software-related business
at twelve. |

“People
like Brian don't come along very often. He learns and incorporates
new ideas almost as easily as he breathes, and his talent
for integrating and interweaving multiple perspectives is
at the heart of Ternary's success. Brian's tremendous vision,
boundless energy, and authentic leadership have shaped a truly
incredible company, while his patience and encouragement inspire
those around him to confidently pursue their own unique purpose
in life. Working with Brian has taught me so much more than
just how to grow a great organization; it's been an object
lesson in how to forge a path to a better world.”
